Overview

At WeEspresso, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying experience with our portable espresso machines (WeEspresso Go & WeEspresso Pro). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The machine must be unused or in like-new condition.

  • All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

  • Machines showing misuse, impact damage, or water damage are not eligible.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used coffee capsules or opened coffee bags

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital content

  • Personal-care accessories (cleaning kits, filters, etc.) once opened

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your machine to the manufacturer — only return it to our official WeEspresso center.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items with visible signs of wear

  • Items missing accessories

  • Machines returned after the 30-day window (if accepted case-by-case)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange, email: weespresso.com@gmail.com

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For high-value machines, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
